You ll be supporting the business owner as they expand into a dedicated training facility an exciting stage of growth with plenty of opportunities to make an impact.
This role is a great opportunity to grow your sales and digital marketing skills while driving business development. You ll research and reach out to local organizations connect with decision-makers and promote essential safety training programs. With a mix of lead generation cold calling and social media outreach you ll play a key role in helping more professionals access life-saving certifications while contributing to the success of a mission-driven company.
Call and email local businesses including healthcare providers childcare centers schools real estate offices and community organizations to introduce certification and training services.
Schedule same-day or future training sessions based on client needs and availability.
Use provided call scripts email templates and tracking sheets to ensure consistent outreach.
Meet daily activity targets of 25 calls and 25 emails.
Book an average of 4 6 training appointments per day.
Support social media outreach to raise awareness of training programs and certifications.
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
Appointment setting or outbound calling experience preferred.
Organized with the ability to follow structured processes and accurately track results.
Reliable internet connection and professional phone presence.
Interest in education training or community safety services is a plus.
Permanent work-from-home arrangement.
