Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3 PM 11 PM EST (4 AM 12 PM PHT) with 1-hour unpaid break
As a Dispatcher you ll serve as the vital link between customers and our client s network of service providers. You ll receive job requests in real-time and assign them to available technicians based on expertise location and urgency. Every second counts to ensure a seamless customer experience while contributing directly to the company s growth.
Responsibilities
Promptly receive job requests via CRM software
Match job requirements with technician expertise and availability
Dispatch jobs efficiently to prevent missed opportunities
Occasionally provide customers with status updates
Monitor technician performance metrics such as close rates
Strong attention to detail for accurate job-to-technician matching
Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Excellent English communication skills for customer interactions
Basic data entry and math proficiency for tracking metrics
Comfortable handling fast-paced repetitive tasks and processes
