- Technical Troubleshooter: Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues efficiently.
- Helpdesk Hero: Provide prompt and friendly support to internal staff via helpdesk systems chat or calls.
- Network Guardian: Monitor maintain and safeguard the company s IT infrastructure ensuring uptime and security.
- Upgrade Adviser: Recommend and implement tech upgrades and process improvements.
- Documentation Guru: Maintain accurate records of issues resolutions and IT processes.
- Training Facilitator: Conduct basic IT training and onboarding for staff to promote tech literacy.
- Disaster Recovery Pro: Assist in backup and recovery planning to protect critical data.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proficient in both Windows and MacOS environments.
- Sound knowledge of networking (LAN WAN Wi-Fi) and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate tech talk into plain English.
- Strong multitasking time management and analytical skills.
