We re Hiring: Inbound Sales Appointment Setter (Air Quality Services)
The ideal candidate is skilled in a consultative sales approach able to build trust explain service differentiators clearly and overcome objections all without using high-pressure tactics. You will play a key role in connecting potential customers with services that improve their health and living environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Google referrals and existing customers.
Explain service offerings and differentiators in a clear professional manner.
Book inspections using the Service Minder CRM.
Apply a consultative sales approach identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
Overcome objections while maintaining a customer-first non-aggressive sales style.
Accurately record customer information and call outcomes in the CRM.
Qualifications
Experience in consultative sales or appointment setting.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Comfortable using CRM systems (Service Minder or similar preferred).
Organized detail-oriented and able to follow processes consistently.
Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
