Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incidents and support requests on time
Monitor and review system performance and implementations
Test deploy and maintain changes to systems and environments
Provide administration and maintenance of customer environments
Build support and optimize new environments
Participate in on-call rotations as needed
Create and maintain clear process documentation
Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
Skills Required
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in business English (written and verbal)
Technical and business knowledge to prioritize and triage customer problems
Academic or hobbyist experience with Redhat-based Linux distributions (Redhat CentOS Rocky etc.)
Ability to debug issues and trace root causes
Ability to write scripts in any language of your choice
Familiarity with software version control (SVN or GIT)
Skills That Will Put You Ahead (Not Required)
We ll support your growth with both formal and informal training but if you have these you ll stand out:
Experience administering complex Azure implementations
Familiarity with cloud hosting providers (AWS Azure)
Knowledge of Puppet Ansible or Chef
Experience running Kubernetes (directly or via providers like AKS EKS DOKS)
Background in Gradle Jenkins Nexus Maven or other automation tools
ITIL certification
