Job Responsibilities:
- Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
- Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues
- Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems
- Complete installation and service documentation (forms reports logs etc.)
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics
- Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially
Qualifications:
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer Car Accessories Installer or Automotive Technician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center.
- Proficient in: Automotive systems Electronics Troubleshooting Driving Technical Analysis and Client Service
- Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures
- Must have a valid drivers license and owns a motorcycle
- Willing and able to conduct fieldwork across Metro Manila/NCR
