Role Description:
This role will form an integral part of our Global Excellence Centre (GEC) Arcadis centralized and fully integrated project delivery group. Our GEC is made up of more than 3000 talented individuals working in offices across Philippines Romanina and India providing Capability Capacity and a Competitive Advantage across a wide array of unique projects and services in collaboration with our global businesses.
Arcadis Philippines office is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic Workplace team contributing to a range of high-profile projects.
In this role youll oversee the architectural design and technical development ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality innovation and functionality.
Role Accountabilities:
- Lead the production and coordination of technical drawings through all project phasesfrom Concept Design through to Construction Documentation
- Oversee the development and integration of design solutions ensuring compliance with codes standards and regulations
- Manage multiple projects throughout the North America and Asia providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to design intent quality standards and client objectives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related equivalent.
- 10 years of experience with a proven track record in Workplace design particularly in blocking and test-fitting process.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential to this role.
- Previous experience on projects across North America and Asia is preferred
- Client presentation and coordination experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong command in written and spoken English is essential.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions
- Open-mindedness and enthusiasm for contributing to the teams digital initiative and process automation efforts.
