The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will work closely with management within Tech and Product departments to develop and implement medium to long-term HR solutions aligned with business strategy.

What the role is about:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing talent development performance management and employee relations.
- Coach and build the capability of people managers to anticipate and pre-empt organizational issues
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement
- Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly
- Continuously drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends insight and internal
- Support organization effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy
- Support and build the culture of Angkas in line with business directives and goals
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case
- Assist with recruitment efforts when necessary to ensure continued growth and success of the business and can source hard to fill in roles
RequirementsQualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years HR Business Partnering experience
- Extensive experience in the people & culture space as a People Partner
- Background working with tech startups or in hyper growth and scaling environments
- Experienced working in Tech and Digital recruiting and passively look for hard to fill in roles
- Experienced and skilled at working with and influencing a wide range of partners including senior leaders team leads & coaches as well as other People teams
- A natural coaching attitude and approach as well as an excellent understanding of HR programs including performance management leadership development organizational design & development talent management and employee relations.
- Ability to think strategically (beyond just the here and now) and synthesize a lot of information to come up with solutions with tangible impact.
