Role description:
To become part of the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team (PSET)coordinating and managing proposals for all parts of the Arcadisbusinesses.
Role accountabilities:
- Assist the Team Leader in training the Proposal Coordinatorsprovide guidance to the team on the Arcadis Way of ClientDevelopment andliaisewithsectionmanagers onrequiredtrainings
- Manage the teams workload by assigning requests to ProposalCoordinators and ensure timely submission of deliverables bymonitoring teams work progress and assigning additional resourcesor adjustingtimeshiftifnecessary
- Review and evaluate the proposal documents including technicalfinancialand provideguidanceon anyrisksrealised.
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Pursuit Teams and BidManagers to prepare proposal matrix plans to meet the objectivesof Clients and to determine the key win themes/messages neededthroughoutaproposal.
- Manage proposals to the Arcadis Way of Proposal Management forhighlevel of servicetothe business.
- Respond to Expressions of Interest (EOIs) or Requests forQualifications/Quotations (RFQs) and other proposal-relatedrequests and ensure that the response is compliant with RFP orEOIrequirements.
- Obtain support from other departments (including marketing HRfinance&technical)asrequiredinpreparingtheproposal.
- Assist in creating and updating client specific capability statementsandpresentations.
- Obtain feedback from proposals for lessons learned to incorporateinfuture proposals.
- Provide section managers weekly summary of teams activitiesincludingactive proposals andresource distribution
- Collaborate and interact with diverse Arcadis colleagues throughoutArcadis globally.
- Responsible for coordinating the pursuit process from kick-offmeetings through the production of client response templateediting formatting collating proofreading and electronic delivery ofproposals such as Expressions of Interest (EOIs) or Requests for Qualifications/Quotations (RFQs) and other proposal-relatedrequests. Understandthebidprocessandworkcollaborativelywith thePursuits Teamtobuildbidplans andschedules.
- Facilitate gateway proposal meetings with the Pursuit Team bidmeetings approval meetings and chasing of identified actions asrequired.
- Create proposal templates for submissions when the CentralizedBidTeamdoesnothavecapacity.
- Support with Client Development needs across all sectors andcountries.
- Contribute participate and provide support on the continuousprocessimprovementoftheManila SharedServicesTeam.
- Performother relatedtasksasneeded
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency with MS Office Application. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop) is an advantage.
- With minimum of five years of experience coordinating scheduling editing and producing proposals statement of qualifications reports pre-qualifications or presentations.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Bachelors Degree (Marketing English Business Administration orEngineeringrelated etc.)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication strongcomputer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite especially WordandPresentation andlnDesign.
- ExperienceinusingAdobeAcrobat
- Outstandingorganizationalandlogisticalskills
- Ability to work under intense deadlines and respond to last minuterequestsandcompressed production schedules.
- Ability to take initiative and exercise commitment and dedicationwhileworking independently
