A performance-first consultancy helping app developers and publishers grow through monetization retention and growth strategies. They work across verticals such as productivity health fitness and education focusing on profitable scaling.
The AdOps Specialist will own in-app ad monetization strategy and execution across mediation platforms like AdMob Google Ad Manager (GAM) and AppLovin MAX. This role requires a data-driven operator who can test optimize and implement strategies to maximize ad revenue and user value.
Manage and optimize ad mediation on AdMob GAM and AppLovin MAX
Track KPIs: eCPM fill rate impressions revenue per user
Test and adjust eCPM floors by country format and ad unit
Conduct daily performance analysis & reporting (e.g. AdMob by Country/Unit GAM AdX MAX Network Performance)
Rebuild/refine waterfalls and line items for revenue lift
Recommend test and integrate new SDK bidding partners
Run A/B tests to validate monetization strategies
Collaborate with product/dev teams on placements & SDK integrations
3 years in AdOps or mobile app monetization
Proven expertise in at least 2 of the following: AdMob GAM AppLovin MAX
Deep knowledge of mediation bidding vs. waterfall setups KPI optimization
Strong reporting & analytical skills with revenue-focused decision making
Clear communicator strong documentation discipline
Experience with casual games or utility app monetization
Awareness of regional ad trends & seasonal variations
Familiar with GDPR COPPA ATT compliance

Education
AdOps / Monetization Experience Minimum 3+ years directly managing mobile ad monetization. Platform Expertise Proven hands-on experience with at least two of these platforms: AdMob, Google Ad Manager (GAM), AppLovin MAX. Optimization Skills Strong ability to manage mediation setups (bidding vs. waterfall), set/test eCPM floors, and improve KPIs like eCPM, fill rate, impressions, and revenue per user.
