Job Description
As the Property Manager at our Brand-New Developing Blenheim Village you will work full time on a 40-hour week from Monday -Friday. You will be responsible for a small team who look after the ongoing compliance and maintenance of all property grounds and other Village assets.
Typical duties include:
- Day to day site management including repairs and maintenance
- Coordination of refurbishments contractors and ongoing projects
- Property and asset planning
- Working with our residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensuring we are creating great environments with the highest of standards
Qualifications :
You will naturally take pride in maintaining and developing beautiful gardens and facilities and love to share your ideas and passion with your team.
Youll bring with you:
- A relevant trade qualification and significant experience in a related area
- A good understanding of complex building systems and regulatory compliance
- Good computer literacy proficient in Microsoft office
- Proven success of leading teams to deliver great customer service
- Great communication skills to aid you in building strong relationships across the residents and village teams.
