Based at either our Auckland Airport campus or Christchurch Maintenance facility this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced high-performing team. Youll work closely with Senior Systems Analysts connected through an engaged network of squads and product owners making your impact felt directly in the business.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide robust day-to-day support and maintenance of critical systems and their integrations ensuring performance and reliability.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies to enhance our digital capabilities.
• Map analyse and enhance business processes delivering impactful system improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies embracing and championing our shared values and collaborative ways of working.
• Engage deeply with stakeholders facilitating workshops and building strong collaborative relationships with both business partners and vendors.

What were looking for

• Strong functional expertise ideally with experience in SAP ECC6.0 or S/4HANA.
• Practical experience with SAP Modules (MM WM IM essential; TM FI SD advantageous).
• Expertise in Supply Chain Management processes including Demand Planning Vendor Management Inventory Management Transportation Management and Warehouse Management.
• Proven ability to support and integrate both hosted and on-premise systems in medium-to-large organisations.
• Experience with integration technologies such as Fiori BTP and API.
• An analytical mindset skilled in root-cause analysis troubleshooting and process optimisation.
• Familiarity with service management practices or an ITIL qualification and a sound understanding of QA principles.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
