As a Senior UX Designer you will:
- Conduct and execute user research methods such as contextual inquiry and task analysis.
- Communicate research findings through personas user journeys and user stories.
- Validate prototypes via local and remote usability tests (moderated and unmoderated).
- Define quantitative UX metrics collect relevant data and report insights.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes aligned with standard design guidelines improving or extending them where necessary.
- Ensure design alignment with both functional and technical stakeholders.
- Define user-centered design approaches tailored to project or agile team goals considering constraints like budget timelines and skill availability.
- Integrate UX methodologies into team workflows and safeguard them even in challenging conditions.
- Share best practices and challenges with peers to strengthen the UX discipline.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6 8 years of professional UX experience including 5 years post-degree.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Industrial Design Human-Computer Interaction Information Science Psychology Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in complex business-to-business or enterprise application design.
- Hands-on experience with agile Scrum or DevOps environments.
- Skilled in moderating participatory design co-creation or design thinking workshops.
- Experience in visual design and proficiency with Miro and Figma.
You should possess the ability to:
- Plan and deliver work independently while meeting agreed goals.
- Collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Manage resistance and influence stakeholders on the value of UX.
- Balance short- and long-term goals compromise when needed and adapt ways of working.
