• Solving Challenges: Diagnosing customer issues with precision and guiding them through resolution steps. For more complex problems youll expertly escalate them to ensure swift resolution.
• Keeping Records Immaculate: Carefully documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system ensuring everything is tracked accurately.
• Identifying Opportunities: Actively noting common themes in customer feedback. Your insights will be valuable in helping us continually improve our services and products.

Who Were Looking For: Your Profile

• Flawless Dutch: You must be fluent (C2 level) in both written and spoken Dutch.
• Solid English: Youll need B2 English proficiency for internal communication and training.
