Job Summary

Job Description:
Lead the design development and deployment of business rules using IBM ODM.
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into executable decision logic.
Develop test and maintain rule artifacts (rule flows decision tables rule sets) using IBM Rule Designer.
Integrate ODM rules with enterprise applications via RESTSOAP APIs.
Manage and configure Decision Center for rule governance and collaborative rule management.
Optimize rules performance and ensure scalability of the rule execution environment.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for ODM development.
Ensure compliance with coding standards security policies and deployment guidelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis for rule-related defects.
Stay updated with IBM ODM product enhancements and recommend adoption of new features where applicable.7 years of IT experience with 5 years in IBM ODM development.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Rule Designer Decision Center RES (Rule Execution Server).Solid understanding of JavaJ2EE XML JSON and web service integration.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and CICD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience with rule governance frameworks and version control (e.g. Git SVN).Experience with BPM tools and workflow integration.
Knowledge of cloud-based deployments (AWS Azure or IBM Cloud).Familiarity with Decision Modeling Notation (DMN) and business event processing.
Exposure to microservices architecture.

Required Qualifications 8 10 years of experience in SAP project environments, with a focus on project coordination or management. Proven experience working with SAP Activate methodology. Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and support. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with diverse stakeholders across regions. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
