Job Description
- Work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects with a focus on One Identity Manager (OIM).
- Design configure and implement solutions using OIM tools such as Manager Designer/Web Designer Object Browser Data Importer Job Queue Info Transporter and Quest Quick Connect.
- Integrate target systems (e.g. Active Directory Office 365 Exchange LDAP SAP PeopleSoft Relational Databases Web Services IDaaS Mainframes Lotus Notes) for provisioning and synchronization (full and delta).
- Develop custom connectors/integrations (UNS Tables) and perform WebUI component customizations.
- Support SQL-based development (tables views stored procedures queries) and scripting.
- Write and maintain automation scripts using Perl VBScript JavaScript and batch scripting.
- Provide deployment and post-production support while ensuring adherence to Agile and SDLC best practices.
- 6 8 years of IT experience including 3 5 years of hands-on project experience in One Identity Manager.
- Strong experience with OIM tools schema extensions and integration with at least one enterprise target system.
- Proficiency in MS SQL (2 years including medium-to-high complexity queries stored procedures) and (2 years).
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts cybersecurity (GRC/Data Security) and network components.
- Good understanding of SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) change management processes and Windows server-level commands.
- Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies in IAM and security.
- Perform solution design and development in One Identity Manager.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in IAM environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients.
- Work independently and in Agile teams to deliver high-quality IAM solutions.
- Provide post-deployment support and ensure smooth operations in production environments.
