Job Description
In this role youll be shaping the talent strategy for Jack Links EMEA and help build the foundation for our continued growth. If youre energized by a fast-moving environment and ready to own recruitment across operational tactical and strategic areas read on:
This position isnt for the faint of heart. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist youll roll up your sleeves and tackle recruitment from all angles:
- Operationally youll manage everything from drafting job posts to navigating the full recruitment process including sourcing interviewing scheduling and administrating offers.
- On a tactical level youll tap into diverse channelsjob boards agencies social media and your networkto reach active and passive candidates alike.
- Strategically youll partner with hiring managers interpret their needs into targeted hiring approaches and analyse recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :
Youve earned a Bachelors (HBO) in Business HR or a related field. Over the past 4 years youve handled full-cycle recruitmentideally in a fast-paced international settings.
Youre fluent in English and Dutch. Know how to build trusted relationships and shift smoothly between operational tasks and strategic work.
Youre comfortable working with ATS systemsSmartRecruiters preferredand use them to keep hiring efficient and accurate. You are structured have an eye for detail understand basic employment law and work with structure and speed. Above all youre proactive results-focused and a collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude that doesnt shy away from giving or receiving feedback when needed.
