Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support the field sales team with account management and inside sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors
- Handle inbound inquiries prepare quotations and follow up to close deals.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate with sales logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor shipments handle documentation and resolve delivery issues proactively.
- Provide customers with accurate delivery timelines tracking and after-sales support.
- Optimize logistics processes for cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal departments (sales logistics finance operations).
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Prepare sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
- 3 years of experience in inside sales customer service or account management ideally in industries with strong logistics/supply chain requirements.
- Solid knowledge of logistics operations shipping and supply chain processes.
- Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Detail-oriented organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
