About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst IAM with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to help shape and enhance our IAM processes. You will play a key role in designing and improving IAM frameworks collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring seamless integration with business and IT systems. This role requires a blend of technical understanding business analysis skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders architects and technical teams for IAM initiatives.

  • Translate the IAM vision into actionable business design principles and processes.

  • Collaborate with product management to build business cases roadmaps and adoption strategies for IAM/IGA solutions.

  • Conduct business process analysis identify gaps and propose improvements in IAM processes.

  • Define IAM requirements around user access authentication authorization and role/ policy-based access control.

  • Work closely with architects and technical teams to ensure IAM solutions are implemented as per design principles.

  • Supervise and coordinate IAM-related tasks within the backlog and ensure timely delivery.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to IAM solutions and processes.

  • Apply compliance standards rules laws and internal policies to IAM frameworks.

  • Support change management training and knowledge-sharing activities for IAM adoption.



Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong focus on IAM (including cloud IAM).

  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts: authentication authorization access control IGA.

  • Proven track record in business analysis business case building and storytelling.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud IAM.

  • Experience with business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.

  • Knowledge of IAM tools such as One Identity SailPoint Active Directory (preferred).

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to define KPIs for IAM performance.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
