Job Description

The Growth Marketer will be responsible for strategizing executing and optimizing growth initiatives across digital channels to drive brand awareness lead generation engagement and revenue.
This is a dual-impact role as you will work on Amoya Digital s growth as well as support selected client accounts to achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the social media team content creators designers and client account managers to deliver exceptional measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Planning

  • Develop data-driven growth roadmaps for and client campaigns.

  • Identify high-ROI opportunities using impact/effort analysis.

  • Collaborate with creative and social media teams to align messaging and campaigns with growth objectives.

2. Experimentation & Optimization

  • Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments.

  • Optimize landing pages ad creatives and funnels for higher conversion rates.

  • Use CRO techniques to enhance performance across web and digital assets.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage performance dashboards (GA4 Data Studio Meta/LinkedIn Analytics).

  • Track KPIs including CAC LTV conversion rates CTR engagement rates and ROI.

  • Provide actionable insights in weekly internal updates and monthly client reports.

4. Channel Growth & Management

  • Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels (SEO paid ads partnerships influencer marketing).

  • Oversee paid media campaigns on Google Ads Meta LinkedIn and TikTok.

  • Collaborate with the social media team on content-driven growth and influencer partnerships.

5. Automation & Lead Nurturing

  • Implement marketing automation workflows for lead generation and retention.
  • Manage retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize LTV.
  • Integrate growth experiments with CRM and automation tools.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

For Amoya Digital

  • Lead Generation: 20 30% increase in qualified inbound leads within 6 12 months.

  • Conversion Rate: Measurable improvement in web-to-inquiry conversion rates.

  • Growth Loops: Implementation of at least 2 repeatable growth systems (referral nurture campaigns).

For Our Clients

  • Performance Growth: Quarterly increase in defined KPIs (traffic leads revenue).
  • Playbook Creation: Documented growth strategies for repeat use in similar projects.
  • ROI: Improved ROI for paid and organic growth campaigns.




Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 3 5 years in a growth marketing performance marketing or full-funnel digital marketing role.

  • Proven track record of executing growth strategies that led to measurable revenue or lead growth.

  • Proficiency with analytics (GA4 Data Studio) paid media platforms (Meta Google LinkedIn) and A/B testing tools.

  • Experience with SEO CRO and multi-channel campaign optimization.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot ActiveCampaign or similar).

  • Comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into action.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.

  • Exposure to B2B service-based marketing.
