Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify target and acquire new clients in real estate interior design and resale markets.
- Follow up on leads from the digital marketing team and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets.
- Provide market feedback to management for strategy improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/. in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years proven experience in sales or business development (construction/building materials preferred).
- Strong negotiation communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with Lagos real estate and construction market is an advantage
