- The ideal candidate will lead the charge in growing their pipeline with top-tier High Commercial and High Hospitality clientswhile enhancing our visibility and positioning across key channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and engage decision-makers at target companies (e.g. developers hotel groups corporates real estate heads etc.).
- Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of commercial and hospitality project leads.
- Prepare compelling proposals credentials decks and client presentations.
- Manage and track sales funnel activity from first contact to contract closure.
- Represent the firm at strategic industry events forums and networking opportunities.
Marketing & Positioning
- Develop and execute a low-cost high-impact marketing strategy aligned with our positioning.
- Oversee content creation for LinkedIn website newsletters and case studies.
- Manage and improve our online presence ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Identify awards media and PR opportunities that align with our brand and work.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging and client-facing communication.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in business development sales or strategic marketing ideally in design architecture real estate or professional services.
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals or drive high-value project pipelines.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confident in creating decks proposals and presentations.
- Highly organized self-driven and comfortable working in a lean fast-paced team.
- Existing network within real estate developers hotel brands or multinational corporates.
- Experience working in or with design/interiors/architecture firms.
- Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar.
