Job Description
Job Title: Associate Lawyer
About the Firm
We are a reputable law firm located in Ikeja Lagos providing legal services in corporate law litigation property law commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Associate Lawyers to join our team.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings arbitration and mediation.
Draft review and negotiate legal documents contracts and agreements.
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions.
Advise clients on corporate commercial and regulatory matters.
Manage assigned case files independently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Supervise and mentor junior associates and interns when required.
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on complex cases.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Law (LL.B).
Called to the Nigerian Bar (BL).
5 7 years post-call experience in litigation and/or corporate law.
Strong advocacy drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent research and analytical abilities.
High professionalism integrity and client service orientation.
