The role is focused on client acquisition solution selling and relationship building at
mid-tier levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a list of named accounts within your vertical
Generate and qualify leads via outbound activity and referrals
Deliver proposals and respond to RFQs/RFPs
Collaborate with technical pre-sales to build tailored offers
Support post-sale engagement and ensure client retention
Log daily activity and deal progress into CRM
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets
Essential Skills
3 5 years experience in ICT sales or account management with a proven ability to manage mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to grow wallet share and deepen engagement with named customers.
Excellent consultative selling ability translating ICT solutions (networking security storage cloud collaboration) into client business outcomes.
Solid experience with sales pipeline management and CRM tools (Zoho CRM Salesforce or similar).
Good presentation negotiation and closing skills with confidence in customer-facing discussions at different organizational levels.
Technical & Industry Knowledge
Knowledge of ICT infrastructure cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions.
Understanding of enterprise procurement cycles RFP processes and deal registration.
Awareness of ICT industry trends within financial services manufacturing telcos and public sector.

Strong customer focus with the ability to nurture long-term partnerships.
Resilient proactive and target-driven with a hunter-farmer balance (new sales plus account growth).
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills able to work closely with presales and technical teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years experience in ICT sales or account management preferably with exposure to OEM partnerships (Cisco Fortinet Dell Pure Storage HPE VMware Microsoft).
