Requirements
Your Role:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the SENCE Agric marketplace facilitating connections between farmers buyers and input suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the agriculture value chain.
- Champion new initiatives to scale the platform and improve user experience.
- Inspire and lead a passionate team towards achieving our mission.

The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Agriculture, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or FMCG industries. Strong knowledge of agriculture and farm products, particularly the products offered by the farm. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Proven negotiation and sales presentation skills. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed. Passion for sustainable agriculture and promoting local food systems.
