Job Description
Role Summary
Support the Chef in food preparation cooking and maintaining kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (washing peeling chopping measuring).
Assist in cooking and plating meals.
Maintain clean and organized kitchen spaces.
Wash dishes utensils and equipment.
Assist with receiving and storing supplies.
Requirements
Minimum SSCE
Skilled in Nigerian local dishes and tribal soups (Calabar Hausa Igbo).
Ability to cook intercontinental dishes (advantage).
Must know how to prepare common snacks: meat pie doughnut fish/beef roll small chops club sandwich croissant scotch egg etc.
Hard-working fast clean in the kitchen.
Work with minimum supervision
Must reside within the Oshodi Mushin Ajao Estate or Mafoluku axis.
