Job Description

Control Center: The Core of Pandoras Operations
The Control Center is the driving force behind Pandoras 18-markes operating 24/7 to ensure seamless deliveries and proactive management. Whether its tech issues severe weather or unexpected disruptions this team detects reports and mitigates events in real-timesaving millions in potential losses and ensuring thousands of customers receive their meals on time.

Position Overview:
The RTO Operations Coordinator supports the Real Time Operations Lead in managing day-to-day operations overseeing strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth collaboration between local teams. The coordinator is responsible for monitoring operational performance implementing SOPs and driving continuous improvement. This position requires strong organizational skills proactive follow-ups and the flexibility to manage responsibilities as required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as second in command and oversee RTO operations in the absence of the Real Time Operations Lead.
  • Coordinate with local teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Transform big data sets into visualizations to help yourself and the team make the right decisions.
  • Analyze big sets of product data to understand our riders vendors and customers behavior to define the direction our products should develop.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes for improved efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time operations and respond to urgent operational challenges.
  • Assist in analyzing performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new strategies or projects in collaboration with the RTO Lead.
  • Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in operations management or coordination preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent SQL and Excel skills are a must. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and lead initiatives independently when required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve operational processes.
  • Able to work on Rotating Shifts
