Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete project lifecycle management from ideation through successful delivery and performance tracking
- Develop and execute revenue-focused initiatives including partnership programs and new business development opportunities
- Design targeted lead-generation strategies to expand hirer partnerships across emerging markets and industry segments
- Establish and monitor aggressive KPIs and OKRs while troubleshooting challenges with creative scalable solutions
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships spanning BI Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams

- Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities while adapting to rapidly changing market conditions
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years proven experience managing project lifecycles and executing growth initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for complex data analysis and executive presentations
- Demonstrated experience in campaign management digital marketing or business development environments
- Strong project management methodology expertise with exposure to stakeholder management and market expansion
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and pursue aggressive revenue targets
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities combined with strong presentation skills
