Job Summary
- Perform routine laboratory tests on milling batching packing samples and raw materials according to SOP ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Report any quality defects or arising issues to the superior for further action.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for product quality defects and update NCR records accordingly.
- Conduct additional testing related to competitors flour analysis flour streaming studies complaints and R&D evaluations as assigned.
- Accurately record and file test results graphs and other documents with no errors.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements such as HACCP FSSC 22000 HALAL and Good Laboratory Practice.
- Serve as a backup to change formulas in IFIX after normal shifts during weekends and on public holidays as instructed.
- Support and comply with FSSC 22000 requirements and actively participate in related activities.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications :
- Certificate/Diploma in Food Technology or any Science related.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Laboratory.
- Positive work attitude.
- This position is based in Pasir Gudang Johor.
