Provide the best service to all our potential clients exploring all possible options to successfully schedule appointments that are accurate high-quality and profitable in order to achieve the completion of the activities and goals assigned to the position.
Main Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls.
Attend inbound calls.
Schedule appointments for the consultants.
Confirm scheduled appointments.
Prequalification of prospective non-clients (PNC).
Lead processing.
Follow-up with PNC.
Send contact emails.
Capture information in the corresponding platforms (Lawmatics Drives Doctos).
Manage direct institutional communication channels (Slack Gmail).
Continuously train on topics assigned by the firm.
Support in prequalification call management inquiries and other tasks for new staff.
Train new staff.
Develop training materials for the team.
Deliver training to the team.
Support compliance and monitoring of the teams performance metrics.
Identify areas of opportunity.
Assist in developing action plans to follow up on areas of opportunity.
Requirements for the position:
Minimum education: High school diploma completed
Work experience: 6 months in customer service and/or telephone advising
Tenure at the firm: Minimum 9 months
Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office suite Google apps Computer skills
Technical skills: Spelling and writing reading comprehension
Soft skills: Initiative good verbal skills effective communication self-management proactivity sense of responsibility
Languages: English B2 level
