As the Contracts and Privacy Lawyer youll face the challenge of analyzing and managing complex contracts including critical privacy aspects. Your role will be to ensure business strategies are legally sound while also providing support for day-to-day legal demands that require urgent and effective responses.
Responsibilities
Analyze and review contracts to ensure compliance with privacy laws.
Evaluate legal risks associated with business operations and products.
Develop legal strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Provide support for the organizations day-to-day legal demands.
Engage with various company teams to align legal strategies.
Assist in creating organizational policies related to contracts and privacy.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of contract law and data protection.
Effective and objective communication skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on legal accuracy.
Knowledge of legal and business risk assessment.
