Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent years of experience.
- At least 5 or more years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Programming experience with React (React Native its a plus) JavaScript TypeScript Tailwind Next State Management Frameworks Data Fetching Frameworks Component Libraries (for UI) Testing Frameworks.
- C1 English proficiency written and spoken is required.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Analysis design implementation testing evolution.
- Experience with Unit testing.
- Experience on version control tools mainly focused on Git.
- Solid knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (object and functional oriented paradigms architectural and design patterns data structures and algorithms).
- Proven leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational precision and best practices.
- Solution-oriented attitude and ability to solve tough problems in a collaborative cross functional and fast-paced environment.
- Experience debugging production applications using native tools (profilers) as well as third party tools (New Relic SonarQube DataDog etc).
- Passion for customer experience.
- Commitment on security and privacy when coding.
- Uncompromising attention to detail passion for quality and drive to continuously improve the product.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices.
