Within this the key responsibilities for this position are: We are seeking full-time and casual Wellness Activities Instructor. Your passion for health and fitness will captivate our guests and inspire and encourage them at the resort. Each of your guests will return again and again for group fitness classes and personal training sessions because of your unforgettable customer service. This is a fun role for someone who is energetic and excited to interact with guests while working with an awesome team.
About the role:
- Lead a variety of group fitness classes including aqua aerobics strength and stretching/yoga classes.
- Take one on one personal training gym sessions with guests
- Personalize fitness sessions for participants of various ages and fitness levels
- Liaise with guests during mealtimes
- Guide guests on walks around the resort
Qualifications :
- With 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field
- With good English communication skills
- Muay Thai/ Boxing - can be an added advantage
- With good technical skills
- With pleasing personality
- Ability to handle pressure at work
- Ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Must currently hold the role applying for.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- Be able to work under pressure & flexible to work within a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent team player.
- Trackable references to support the role applied for
- Cert III in Fitness First Aid Certified
