HEAD OF LEGAL FOR OFFSHORE (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Providing comprehensive legal support for Offshore wind projects in the Baltic States
• Oversight of both internal and external legal teams to ensure efficient legal support to various Offshore projects packages 
• Negotiations for crucial agreements and contracts
• Ensuring seamless business compliance and proactively managing legal risks
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between regulatory bodies management and other stakeholders
• Proactive counselling of senior decision makers stakeholders and the main shareholder on effective management of legal risks
• Empowering the legal team to serve as trusted business advisors working closely with the business.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in law
• Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar legal field (offshore experience or knowledge would be an advantage)
• Background in working with international teams
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead international teams achieving sustainable results
• Proficiency in contract drafting (FIDIC) particularly for high-value agreements and well-developed negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong ability to evaluate options and develop effective solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on assisting internal clients i.e. the business team
• Capability to independently prioritize tasks.
