Program Governance & Leadership
- Own and drive the Program WBS and Master Plan ensuring all workstreams (SAP Salesforce Data UAT Change Training) stay aligned.
- Establish and run program governance: Working Committee and SteerCo meetings with clear escalation management.
- Manage program risk register issue log and dependencies across business and IT tracks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit requirements are embedded in delivery.
Business Engagement
- Drive business stakeholder alignment for requirements BRD validation and UAT sign-off.
- Act as a bridge between business heads (Sales Finance Commercial) and technical teams (SAP Salesforce Middleware Data).
- Manage expectation setting and conflict resolution across business units.
Delivery Management
- Coordinate SAP SD/MM enhancements Salesforce development and middleware integrations.
- Ensure customer master data cleansing pricing harmonization credit alignment and RTM setup are completed on time.
- Track QA UAT execution training and change management.
- Drive cutover planning go-live readiness and hypercare support.
UAT & Change Management
- Lead UAT planning execution and defect management ensuring sign-off readiness.
- Oversee training material creation Train-the-Trainer sessions and role- based end-user training.
- Work with Change Manager to deliver communication plan and stakeholder engagement.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Manage a cross-functional team: internal IT business SMEs external vendors (SAP Salesforce partners).
- Ensure vendor deliverables timelines and SLAs are met.
- Coach and mentor internal PMO and junior project leads.
Requirements
Core Program Management Skills
- 10 years of project/program management experience in large-scale ERP/CRM transformation projects.
- Proven track record in SAP SD/MM rollouts and Salesforce Sales Cloud/SFA deployments.
- Strong PMO discipline: WBS management RAID (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) budgeting resource planning.
- Expert in UAT management cutover planning and hypercare governance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery (sprints milestone-driven).
Business & Leadership Skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to engage C-level leadership (CIO CFO Sales/Commercial Heads).
- Strong business process understanding: Sales Finance Credit Master DataRTM.
- Ability to push business stakeholders for timely decisions and challenge technical teams for delivery excellence.
- Excellent communication facilitation and negotiation skills.
Technical Exposure (not as developer but as leader)
- SAP modules (SD MM FSCM Credit Management).
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Promotions Pricing Dashboards.
- Middleware (CPI/PI IDocs APIs).
- QA UAT and defect management tools (JIRA ALM Azure DevOps).
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor s/Master s in Business IT or related discipline.
- PMP / Prince2 / PgMP certification required.
- Agile/Scrum Master or equivalent certification a plus.
- SAP/CRM functional exposure or certification preferred.
Success Measures (KPIs)
- On-time delivery of program milestones (BRD sign-off Dev Ready QA Sign- off UAT Complete Go-Live Hypercare).
- Stakeholder satisfaction (measured through governance reviews).
- Defects closure within SLA across QA/UAT.
- Training completion rate > 95%.
- Go-Live readiness with minimal production defects.
