Maitre d'Hotel - Stagione 2025 - Borgo San Felice Resort

Il Matre  - in accordo e sotto la supervisione del Restaurant Manager si occupa:

• di coordinare e organizzare il Team di Sala e la gestione dei lavori servizio Prime Colazioni e Pranzo
• di registrare le comande curare lospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli
• di supportare i responsabili di Area sulle esigenze organizzative quotidiane
• di preparare la sala per tutti i servizi richiesti

The Matre  - in agreement and under the supervision of the F&B Manager is responsible for:

• coordinating and organizing the Restaurant Team and works at Breakfast and Lunch
• recording orders taking care of the guest and paying attention to details
• supporting the Area responsibilities on daily organizational needs
• preparing the room for all the requested services

Qualifications :

• Formazione alberghiera
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua
• Una buona conoscenza dei vini
• Una buona conoscenza dei principi di Galateo
• Esperienza di almeno due anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati R&C e/o hotel 4/5*
• Completano il profilo capacit comunicative e gestionali orientamento al cliente e team working
• Certificazioni HACCP e PREVENZIONE INCENDI

• Hotel training
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is appreciated
• A good knowledge of wines
• A good knowledge of Etiquette
• At least two years experience in the same role gained in starred restaurants R&C and/or 4/5* hotels
• Communication and management skills customer orientation and team working complete the profile
• HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certifications

• Placement expected from August 2025 with seasonal contract and the possibility of conversion to permanent contract for the Season 2026
