Job Summary
Colleague Outlet in Baghdad Iraq is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef De Partie you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of our kitchen ensuring high-quality food preparation and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and operate a designated section of the kitchen such as sauces grills or pastry
- Prepare cook and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in your designated area
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen during service times
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar culinary role
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent food preparation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools
- Valid food safety certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
