About the Role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive the scaling of digital campaigns across platforms like Meta Google Ads and more. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution: Plan launch and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive sales revenue and measurable ROI across Meta Google Ads and other digital platforms.
Optimization & Analytics: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns using data analytics A/B testing and other performance metrics to achieve campaign goals and improve performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to create compelling campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Platform Management: Oversee campaigns on Shopify and other relevant platforms ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing specifically in running and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Google Ads and proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager etc.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze performance data identify trends and optimize campaigns for better results.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with content and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
