You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDevelop and implement material planning strategies to ensure availability of raw materials consumables and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels maintain stock accuracy and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Coordinate with production procurement and sales teams to align supply chain and production schedules.
Manage the receipt storage and issuance of materials in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Maintain proper documentation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) MRN (Material Receipt Note) stock registers and issue slips.
Track daily inward and outward stock movements and reconcile discrepancies with regular stock audits.
Ensure proper categorization labeling and storage of materials for easy identification and retrieval.
Plan material requirements based on production schedules customer orders and forecast demand.
Optimize space utilization in stores and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Support cost-control initiatives by reducing inventory holding costs and minimizing wastage.
Prepare and present periodic reports on inventory status consumption trends and planning efficiency to management.
Diploma / Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Commerce or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in planning inventory management or store operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory control stock management and material planning.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and ERP software (SAP / Tally / Oracle or similar).
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to forecast demand accurately.
Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail accuracy in record-keeping and compliance with audit standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
