Telecaller also known as a Telephone Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products or services gather customer feedback or provide support. They interact directly with customers aiming to build relationships resolve issues and drive sales. This role requires strong communication skills persuasive abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services explain features and generate leads.
Inbound Calls: Addressing customer inquiries complaints and providing support via phone.
Sales and Lead Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments and following up on leads.
Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing and potential customers maintaining accurate records of interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting daily or weekly call targets and contributing to overall sales or engagement goals.
Product/Service Knowledge: Staying updated on product features pricing and industry trends.
Report Generation: Maintaining call logs updating customer records and reporting on sales or performance.
Customer Feedback: Gathering feedback on products or services and relaying it to the relevant teams.
Problem Solving: Resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
Compliance: Adhering to telecalling scripts and company policies.
