Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts issues and returns.
- Ensure proper storage stacking and handling of all materials and tools.
- Conduct regular stock audits cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and site teams for material planning and requirements.
- Ensure timely issue of materials to projects as per demand.
- Oversee tagging labeling classification and shelf-life monitoring of materials.
- Maintain documentation related to stock registers GRNs MRNs and consumption records.
- Handle invoice bookkeeping verify vendor challans/invoices and forward to Head Office for timely payment processing.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize wastage damage or stock-outs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies health and safety standards in stores operations.
- Train and supervise store staff to maintain discipline and efficiency in operations.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics/Stores or equivalent qualification.
- 6 8 years of experience in store management preferably in the construction/projects/industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems stock audits and material handling practices.
- Proficiency in ERP/Store management software and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with procurement vendors and site teams.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
