Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding orientation and training programs.
  • Facilitate performance management reviews and provide coaching to managers.
  • Implement employee retention strategies and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and staffing levels.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage payroll administration and benefits administration tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HR best practices.
  • Create a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives and change management efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a senior position.
  • Proven experience with HR metrics and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in remote workforce management is preferred.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
