Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding orientation and training programs.
- Facilitate performance management reviews and provide coaching to managers.
- Implement employee retention strategies and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support for employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and staffing levels.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage payroll administration and benefits administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HR best practices.
- Create a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a senior position.
- Proven experience with HR metrics and analytics.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in remote workforce management is preferred.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
