Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Trainer to deliver structured hands-on training programs aligned with cloud-based development tracks (Azure AWS and GCP) with a focus on Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background passion for teaching and the ability to engage learners with practical assignments and project-based learning.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions tailoring content to learners at various skill levels.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies providing hands-on guidance to trainees.
- Problem-Solving: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues fostering a deep understanding of full-stack concepts.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes projects and code reviews offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow trainers subject matter experts and instructional designers to enhance the overall training program.
- Documentation: Maintain records of training activities trainee progress and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Technical Resource: Serve as a valuable technical resource addressing trainees questions and providing guidance on complex development topics.
Requirements:

5 years of experience in software development using Java and/ (C#).

Strong understanding of OOP data structures algorithms and backend frameworks (Spring Hibernate ).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP.

Proficient in teaching and mentoring ideally with prior corporate or academic training experience.

Familiarity with development tools like Git Maven/Gradle Docker is a plus.

Certification in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Azure Fundamentals).

Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular React) is a plus.

ME/ is a good-to-have qualification that reflects strong technical foundations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings training sessions and faculty enablement programs.
