Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Senior Associate Python who can design develop and deliver scalable applications and complex systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building backend and frontend systems a proven ability to deliver high-performance solutions and team leadership experience. This role demands strong engineering fundamentals meticulous execution structured working and the ability to take full ownership of delivery. Exposure to AI technologies or projects will be considered a valuable advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design build and maintain complex backend systems and scalable applications using Python and modern frameworks (e.g. Django Flask FastAPI).
- Integrate and deliver frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React Angular or Vue) ensuring seamless user experience.
- Architect performant low-latency systems optimized for scalability security and reliability.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers conducting reviews and ensuring engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product design and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical execution.
- Manage delivery roadmaps and ensure timely execution of projects with structured documentation.
- Explore and integrate AI/ML techniques where applicable to enhance system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments ensuring stability and performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Masters degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Certifications or exposure in AI/ML will be an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 47 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering applications across backend and frontend.
- Strong experience with at least one Python web framework (Django Flask FastAPI).
- Exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript React Angular or Vue).
- Experience leading development teams and owning delivery of projects.
- Exposure to AI/ML projects (desirable but not mandatory).
SKILLS ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong Python programming skills with knowledge of application architecture.
- Ability to build complex performant and scalable systems.
- Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Proficiency in frontend integration with backend services.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Structured and process-oriented working style with strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and communication skills.
