You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Associate Manager HB Acquisition who will be responsible for identifying potential franchise locations executing franchise openings and driving channel sales. This role involves extensive fieldwork and requires strong market understanding to ensure business growth and expansion.
Identify and evaluate suitable locations for setting up new franchises.
Manage end-to-end franchise opening and onboarding process.
Drive channel sales through effective market penetration and customer acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners distributors and stakeholders.
Achieve sales and business development targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post graduate can apply.
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in FMCG or Pharma industry.
Strong knowledge of channel sales distribution and market expansion.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Education
Bachelor s degree in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in FMCG or Pharma industry.
