- Good Communication Skills- Knowledge and use of Network Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.- Should be able to understand the network setup to troubleshoot the issues- Able to log Case with Provider and OEM and follow-up till closer - updating and closing the Servicedesk ticket which is getting assigned.- should be able to basic troubleshooting on Router Switches and Firewall- Acknowledge the email which are send to network id - Raising the CR or ECR- Changing the VLan as per the Ticket/email- Responding to Solarwind on the alert.
