Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Unit Manager to lead a dedicated team in optimizing operational performance and achieving strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that unit operations align with our companys mission and values while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the unit ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet performance targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead mentor and develop team members ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate team effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align unit goals with broader organizational objectives
- Prepare and manage the unit budget ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions that enhance productivity and service quality
Job Responsibilities: - Eager to learn. - Planning and Delivering STEM & ROBOTICS curriculum at schools. - Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress. - Attending to individual student needs and providing additional learning support when needed. - Demonstrating various STEM products at schools and creating awareness of STEM within the students of different backgrounds and cultures. - Communicating regularly with parents and authorities and other stakeholders when needed. - Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement. - Using learner data to constantly refine existing curriculum. - Assessing various stakeholders feedback and developing an action plan to improvise implementation process, Passionate about teaching and educating students and teachers, must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with students and aspirants. Job Requirements: - A graduate degree (any) with science as a subject till 12th or Diploma in Engineering with a good understanding of IT technology and terminology. - A minimum 0-3 years' experience in educational technology/ Publishing/ Academic Industry. strong connection in schools would be given additional preference. - Young, dynamic candidate. - Hands on in MS office suite. - Ability to work in teams. - Freshers can apply with a relevant degree and have a passion to learn. - Empathy and great interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication.
