About the Role
StaffAnchor is hiring for a fast-growing US-based cybersecurity company expanding its India operations. We are looking for an energetic and driven Institutional Sales Manager to build strategic partnerships with universities colleges and higher education institutions across India.
The goal is to drive academic collaborations for cybersecurity programs certifications and SaaS platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify reach out to and onboard universities colleges and other academic institutions for long-term partnerships.
- Pitch cybersecurity training programs digital tools and certification offerings aligned with academic needs.
- Build strong relationships with Vice-Chancellors Directors Deans and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
- Represent the company at education fairs academic conclaves and institutional meetings.
- Develop proposals MoUs and partnership models customized to institutional requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing tech) to deliver end-to-end partnership execution.
- Track partnership metrics student sign-ups and feedback for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in institutional sales B2B EdTech or academic partnership roles.
- Strong network within higher education ecosystems – universities colleges and technical institutions.
- Prior experience pitching EdTech certification programs or SaaS platforms to educational institutions.
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
- Passion for education and technology is a big plus.
