Head of Academics Needed for a State Board (Proposed CBSE) School in Nashik-422009
Role Summary
The Academic Head will lead the academic vision and operations of the school ensuring excellence in teaching curriculum delivery and student outcomes. This role involves strategic planning faculty development and implementation of CBSE-aligned academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic leadership and uphold high standards of teaching and learning
Develop and implement curriculum lesson plans and assessment systems aligned with CBSE norms
Recruit train and manage teaching staff across all grades
Conduct classroom observations notebook checks and performance appraisals

Qualifications
Master s degree in Education or Educational Leadership
