We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Co Cork.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- A key role in assessing planning carrying out and assessing nursing care will be played by the clinical nurse manager.
- The nursing staff will be led by the CNM in providing our residents with person-centered care.
- Maintaining the highest standards of personal care and hygiene for residents while upholding their dignity at all times
- Supporting their inhabitants and provide palliative care to those who are dying
- When the Director of Nursing is not present or there is an emergency the CNM will step in for them.
- To satisfy clinical demands and ensure continuity of care nursing teams should be planned and assigned with the right workforce skill mix and experience levels.
- Fostering a positive atmosphere while motivating coaching and leading the group
- Giving direction and counsel to nursing and caring personnel
Requirements
- Five years of experience after registering
- Demonstrated success in performance management and team management
- Three Years or More of Experience Taking Care of the Elderly
- Ongoing Professional Growth
- Capacity for team management and motivation
